  • What is the refund policy?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. We are entirely confident in this program and the results our students have achieved. If you are all in and fully participate in the program, we are confident that you too will be able to achieve your goals. We understand that this program requires both time and financial commitment, so we want you to know that we do our best to provide as much support as possible to you throughout the program by addressing all of your questions within the Proficient Practitioner Hub and upgradable 1:1 mentorship support options. Most importantly, we want each student to be 100% ready to change their lives and businesses, and that starts with fully believing, committing, and investing in yourself and your success. Trusting in your capability to succeed and enrolling in this program is the very first step.

  • Do I have to be a health practitioner to enroll?

In general, the program is delivered to meet both beginner and advanced-level individuals, and we have had students join us from many different fields and backgrounds including medicine, nutrition, herbalism, chiropractic, fertility awareness education, birth work, health coaching, and even just aspiring learners.

With that said, having some previous background in nutrition, anatomy & physiology, and general women's health topics will help you to better comprehend the depth of the program. However, if you do not, that doesn't have to be a limitation. We have intentionally broken down the material as comprehensively as possible and also provide additional support and mentorship options if needed to support your study and retention of the material. So if you are not a health practitioner but you have completed other higher-level programs in nutrition & body systems or have studied these topics on your own, we are confident you will be able to comprehend the depth of our program.

  • Am I required to complete the program within a certain time frame to receive my certificate of completion?

You are granted up to 12 months access to complete the program at your own pace.

Previous students have expressed being able to complete this course reasonably within 4-6 months, so we are confident that 12 months is a plentiful timeframe for you to complete the course at a steady, comfortable pace.

After 12 months, if you have not completed the course, your access to program materials will be revoked and you will be subject to a $497 reinstatement fee to regain access to the course. Upon full passing and completion of the course, you will have life-time access to the program, as well as any future additions and upgrades.

  • Will I be able to order and work with lab tests after completing the course?

Upon completion of our course you will be pre-approved for a clinician account through Evexia Diagnostics, where you will gain access to every lab and testing facility you need, all from a single, easy-to-use platform. This program is available for both licensed and non-licensed practitioners within the USA (some state restrictions apply) and Canada.

If you are unable to work with Evexia Diagnostics due to your geographical location, there are still a few other options available to you. For example, DUTCH tests can be purchased via the Precision Analytical website and can be shipped anywhere in the world. Bloodwork is also available through many physicians and if you are unable to order the bloodwork for your clients, you can work alongside a prescribing physician to assist your clients in ordering their bloodwork - from which you can use in your practice. (more on all of these options and logistics for ordering/working with lab work can be found in module 5 of the program material).

  • Are there exam requirements to pass this course?

After each module there is a multiple choice quiz for you to complete and prepare yourself for the final exam. Once you have completed all 5 modules, there is a 2-part final exam to pass in order to graduate. The first part is a multiple-choice exam that may be taken up to 3-times. It is an open book test to help you refine your referencing abilities of the course materials, as well as testing you on what information you've retained and may need to review. Then, the 2nd part is a written interpretation of a DUTCH Plus case study that is personally reviewed and graded by the IAFHH team. You will be granted 2 attempts for the case study within your exam window - which is available to you for up to 12 months from your enrollment date.

What Our Graduates Have to Say:

Samantha Mote, IC-FHS

"Before I started the program, my passion was to help women balance hormones for fertility but I lacked the confidence and clear understanding of all aspects of hormone dysfunction. Even after all the books on hormone health, fertility and my nutrition background I lacked the piece of really understanding how to address more complex cases or the right way to give a clear actionable protocol. Ashe really helped me overcome these challenges as I now feel confident in helping women get to the root foundations of their hormone health and also strategies for implementing a plan. Also now having the skills to analyze a DUTCH Test is an amazing resource for my clients. This program has put all the missing pieces together for me to move forward with confidence supporting women with fertility and a healthy vibrant future. I would not hesitate in joining this amazing program!"

Clarissa Briones, IC-FHS

"Before signing up for this program, I was nervous and felt like I didn't have enough knowledge or credibility to support my clients. I had just started my business and was on the fence about joining the program. I decided to invest in my future and it certainly paid off! After completing this program I not only gained the in depth knowledge needed to get my clients results, but I am so much more confident in what I have to offer my audience. If you're on the fence too, you won't regret joining this incredible program. Between the quality of the content, in depth support, and inspiring community, the IAFHH Functional Hormone Specialist Certification Program is unlike any other."

Sam Cato, FNTP, IC-FHS

"Before becoming an IC-FHS, I knew the bare bones of women's health. After going through the program, I feel more equipped to take better care of my female clients. IAFHH marries science with practicality beautifully. I was blown away by what I learned and was able to walk away for my practice + personal life. The IAFHH community is incredible and I am so glad to be a part of it. It epitomizes women supporting women. I highly recommend this program. You won't be disappointment by Ashe and IAFHH. You can tell she put her heart and soul into it!"

Felicia Enoch, RN, IC-FHS, FAE

"Before I started the IAFHH Functional Hormone Specialist Certification Program, I was lost! I have a background as a registered nurse in women's health for over 7 years and was trained as a FEMM educator, but I had no solid foundation in thoroughly understanding women's hormonal health. Being a part of this program helped to fill in the holes and set the solid foundation that I needed to start my business."

Sarah Diamond, FNTP, IC-FHS

“This program changed my life. I came into the IAFHH FHS Certification Program with basic knowledge of functional women's health, but I didn't even know how little I knew about my own body until the class started. Ashe is incredibly kind, brilliant, and warm; and this makes for a space that is inviting, open, and where we can grow in whatever direction we most need to be the best practitioners we can be. I can't imagine my life or my practice without the knowledge and experience I gained in this program - from the bottom of my heart, thank you, Ashe, and I can't recommend this program enough.”

Mahesh Jayaraman IC-FHS, FBCAM

“I've really enjoyed studying for and completing the IAFHH FHS certification program. I run an online women's hormone health clinic and having successfully helped hundreds of women return to vibrant health using a functional, holistic approach, I can tell you that Ashe's program stands on solid academic and practical foundations. The course is well-structured, easy to comprehend and build upon and the material comes with a lot of research references. In my opinion, this last feature is one that can keep on giving, if you are the kind of student who knows how to go back to the research references and glean practical gems from them too! I would suggest this course to anyone in functional medicine who is truly interested in optimising their clients hormonal health.”

Dr. Alayna Clark, DC, IC-FHS

“Before I started the program, I felt imposter syndrome creep up often. I would always second guess myself and my ability to help support the women in my practice. This program has helped me build my self confidence as a practitioner beyond what I thought I was expecting. When it comes to seeing the full picture of someones health concerns and able to give them an in-depth plan to support the root cause of their imbalances has been immeasurable. I loved the extra support from Ashe and the IAFHH team to help if any questions came up. This program really was phenomenal and would high recommend it to anyone who is looking to enhance their clinical skills when it comes to female hormonal health.”

Chelsey Sullivan Crescenzo, NTP, IC-FHS

"After graduating from NTA, I knew I wanted to dive deeper into learning about women's hormones since I wanted to specialize in working with women with endometriosis. However, I felt intimidated knowing how complex endo cases can be. IAFHH helped me gain the knowledge and confidence I needed to understand the complexities of women's hormones to know how to best support women dealing with endometriosis."

Kristen Ballard, NTP, IC-FHS, PHC

“Working with Ashe in the IAFHH FHS Certification Program was one of my best decisions. I had been searching for a program that provides a deeper dive into women's hormones and period health and this program came at exactly the right time. The material was thorough, yet easy to get through. The live calls were extremely beneficial. And the program, itself, felt manageable and not overwhelming. My favorite part, however, has been the friendships formed and the support of like-minded colleagues.”

Jamie Shupp, NTP, IC-FHS, RWS1

“Ashe was fantastic as a mentor and instructor. She fostered a sense of community and an collaborative learning environment. As an NTP and RWS1 practitioner, I wanted to round out my knowlege and support my female clients with hormone dysregulation. The depth of knowlege I gained from this program is exactly what I was looking for and I'm eager to apply it in my practice!”
